The Credit Union offers fixed rate Home Equity Loans up to 80% of the value of your home with a maximum loan amount subject to total credit union indebtedness. Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)

The Credit Union offers a variable rate Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) called the Riegel Crown Account. The Riegel Crown Account is a line of credit secured by your home that gives you a revolving credit line to access as you need it. With the Crown Account, you're borrowing against the available equity in your home with your house as collateral. As you repay your outstanding balance, the amount of available credit is replenished - similar to a credit card. This means you can borrow as little or as much as you need throughout the 10 year draw period. With the Riegel Crown Account, you can borrow up to 80% of the value of your home with a maximum loan amount subject to total credit union indebtedness.
