eServices Department

We understand that cards can get lost or stolen, or that an unknown transaction hits your account. When you have an issue with your card, whether it's a Riegel FCU VISA Credit Card or VISA Check Card, The Riegel Federal Credit Union eServices Department is here to help!

As of December 2020, Riegel’s Card Service department has merged with our eService department to better service our members. The eService Department will now be able to help you with your credit and debit cards, online banking, and our other electronic services.

The eService Department can be reached in the Milford Branch every weekday until close.
